Job summary

Fiscal.ai is seeking a Financial Operations Analyst to own day‑to‑day finance administration from a remote, Philippines‑based setup, reporting to the Head of Finance. You will manage AR/AP, cash forecasting, and month‑end documentation to keep governance clean and efficient.

The role offers hands‑on exposure to senior leadership, a collaborative Finance & Operations team, and growth opportunities in a high‑growth SaaS finance function.

Qualifications

• Graduate of Accounting, Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Licensed CPA.
• 3–5 years of experience in controllership, senior accounting, finance operations, or similar role.
• Strong working knowledge of IFRS and financial reporting requirements.
• Solid understanding of full-cycle accounting and financial close processes.

Responsibilities

• Own day-to-day finance administration, including records management, document filing, finance mailbox monitoring, and upkeep of finance systems and data hygiene.
• Manage accounts receivable end-to-end—customer invoicing, billing accuracy, collections follow-up, cash application, and AR aging review.
• Manage accounts payable end-to-end—vendor onboarding, invoice intake and coding, approval routing, payment runs, and corporate card and expense reconciliation.
• Assist in design and implementation of AR and AP processes and systems, including workflow documentation, automation, and controls as the function scales.
• Maintain the cash forecast, updating receipts and disbursements, tracking actuals against forecast, and flagging variances.
