Job summary

Atticus Advisory Solutions Inc. is seeking a Finance & Accounting Manager to own day‑to‑day finance operations for a U.S.-based business, working remotely from the Philippines.

You will partner with the Founder & CEO, CFO consultant, and cross-functional leaders to ensure accurate books, reliable reporting and robust cash management. You will lead the monthly close, FP&A, budgeting, and reporting, translating financial results into actionable insights for leadership.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• 5+ years FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based stakeholders and familiarity with U.S. GAAP.

Responsibilities

• Own the monthly close process and ensure timely deliverables.
• Coordinate with outsourced accounting partner and follow up on items.
• Prepare management reporting packages including P&L, Balance Sheet and cash flow.
• Monitor cash flow and working capital; develop budgeting and forecasting models.
• Analyze cost structures, margins, and inventory affecting financial performance.
• Maintain internal controls and documentation within NetSuite and related systems.
