Qualifications

• Solid foundation in general bookkeeping and AP/AR processes.
• Experience with invoice entry and basic reconciliation.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• High attention to detail and a self-directed working style.
• Availability during core working hours to support real-time collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Perform day-to-day bookkeeping tasks with accuracy and consistency.
• Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions, including invoice entry, matching, and reconciliation.
• Support timely and accurate processing of vendor and customer invoices.
• Maintain organized, up-to-date financial records and supporting documentation.
• Flag discrepancies or issues proactively rather than waiting for direction.
• Communicate status, blockers, and priorities with Senior Accountants.
• Follow established finance processes and controls, adapting as the team evolves systems and workflows.
