Job summary

OrciMed Life Sciences Philippines OPC is seeking a detail-oriented Financial Analyst to maintain financial records, manage AP/AR, and support decision-making with analyses. The role is 100% remote with a night shift; candidates must reside in Metro Manila and have at least 3 years of accounting/finance experience.

You will reconcile accounts, prepare reports, monitor cash flow, and ensure internal controls are followed, enabling informed business decisions and accurate financial data.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience in a Financial Analyst, Accounting, Finance, or related role.
• Hands-on experience in Accounts Payable (AP).
• Strong background in Accounts Receivable (AR).
• Proficient in Bookkeeping and financial record management.
• Strong analytical, reporting, and reconciliation skills.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and financial reporting tools.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and process Accounts Payable (AP) transactions, invoices, and vendor payments.
• Oversee Accounts Receivable (AR) activities, collections, and account monitoring.
• Maintain accurate bookkeeping records and ensure financial data integrity.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve discrepancies promptly.
• Prepare financial reports, summaries, and supporting schedules.
• Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Monitor cash flow, expenses, and financial transactions.
• Ensure compliance with internal controls, accounting standards, and company policies.
