Bamboo Works is seeking a Financial Analyst – Accounting & Advisory to support financial reporting, analysis, and research for a growing roster of clients. The role sits at the intersection of accounting operations, financial analysis, and advisory support, with responsibilities spanning P&L, balance sheet, cash flow analysis, and monthly packs across multiple client accounts.

This is a remote, independent contractor position with a full-time commitment (40 hours/week).

Qualifications

• Experience in financial analysis, FP&A, or accounting reporting.
• Strong understanding of P&Ls, balance sheets, and cash flows.
• Ability to prepare straightforward forecasts.
• Excellent written and verbal English communication.
• Ability to manage multiple clients and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain P&Ls, balance sheets, cash flow statements, and other financial reports for multiple client accounts.
• Prepare recurring monthly financial and management reporting packs using templates and processes.
• Review and organize financial information for accuracy and consistency.
• Analyze performance, identify trends and discrepancies, and provide actionable insights.
• Support back-office needs of non-finance businesses across industries.
