Qualifications

• Proven experience with US GAAP or AU BAS tax contexts is a plus.
• Experience servicing foreign clients (US/AU) preferred.
• Ability to manage multi-currency ledgers and reconciliations.

Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounts with QuickBooks Online or Xero, keep ledgers current.
• Generate client invoices, track payments, handle retainer billing and vendor payments.
• Process international transactions using multi-currency platforms and gateways.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and year-end financial statements across accounts.
• Assist with US/AU tax filing prep and compliance alignment.
