Job summary

Connext is hiring a Financial Accounting & Reporting Manager to oversee month-end close, revenue entries, and bank reconciliations. The role blends hands-on accounting with strategic NetSuite projects for improved reporting.

The ideal candidate has CPA certification, 3+ years in public accounting (Big Four), and 2+ years in a leadership capacity with strong KPI focus. Remote work from the Philippines with night shifts and US client support.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in accountancy and CPA license required.
• Minimum 3 years as a Public Accountant in a Big Four firm.
• At least 2 years in senior accounting and leadership roles; KPI development experience.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting.
• Record revenue transactions accurately and ensure compliance with standards.
• Perform and supervise bank data matching and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Lead NetSuite projects to enhance bank auto-matching and submodule functionality.
• Collaborate to streamline processes and improve system efficiency.
• Provide coding guidance for General Ledger strings and reporting.
• Develop and write financial reports to support management decisions.
• Support creation and maintenance of financial statements and analyses.
