Job summary

Connext is seeking an Accounting & Financial Reporting Manager to oversee month-end close, revenue entries, and bank reconciliations, blending hands-on tasks with NetSuite project leadership. The role supports a US client, with work-from-home arrangements and a night shift.

You will drive accurate financial reporting and collaborate with finance, IT, and operations. The ideal candidate holds a CPA, a Bachelor’s in accountancy, 3+ years in public accounting (Big Four), and 2+ years in leadership

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in accountancy required.
• CPA certification is required.
• Minimum 3 years in Public Accounting, Big Four.
• At least 2 years in Senior Accounting roles.
• At least 2 years in a leadership role; strong reporting focus.

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes; ensure accuracy and timeliness.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams for financial reporting.
• Record revenue transactions and ensure GAAP compliance.
• Perform and supervise bank data matching and reconciliations in NetSuite.
• Lead NetSuite projects to enhance bank auto-matching.
• Develop and write financial reports; provide insights for management.
• Train and support team members on accounting processes.
• Guide department processes for efficiency and accuracy.
