Job summary

Avid Philippines is hiring a Financial Systems Administrator to manage NetSuite, Concur, and RevPro, ensuring secure, compliant, and scalable finance systems. The role collaborates with Finance, Accounting, and IT to optimize processes and data integrity, with a focus on ASC 606 reporting and month-end close.

The position follows a USEastern time schedule and is open to candidates based in the Philippines, offering a remote work model and opportunities for growth within the ERP ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years hands-on NetSuite administration experience.
• NetSuite Administrator certification preferred.
• Experience with Concur and RevPro in production environments.
• Strong GAAP, ASC 606, and financial close process knowledge.
• Ability to configure, troubleshoot, and optimize NetSuite modules.

Responsibilities

• Administer NetSuite across GL, AP, AR, FA, multi-book, and revenue modules.
• Manage Concur and RevPro configurations and period-close support.
• Oversee user access, roles, and governance for audit readiness.
• Own NetSuite reporting, saved searches, dashboards, and KPI views.
• Coordinate NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and ERP teams.
• Provide UAT support with Senior NetSuite Developer.
• Maintain system documentation and change logs.
• Support internal audits and data integrity efforts.
