Connext is hiring an Accounting Manager (Work From Home | Night Shift) to support a US client. You will oversee close processes, revenue entries, and bank reconciliations, blending hands-on accounting with NetSuite project work.

The role requires a CPA with 3+ years at a Big Four, 2+ years as a Senior Accountant, and at least 1 year in leadership. Remote work with strong collaboration across finance, IT, and operations is expected.

Qualifications

• CPA required
• 3+ years as Public Accountant in a Big Four firm
• 2+ years as Senior Accountant
• 1+ year in a leadership role
• Experience with NetSuite and financial reporting tools

Responsibilities

• Oversee month-end close processes for accuracy and timeliness
• Record revenue transactions and ensure proper accounting treatment
• Perform bank reconciliations and data matching in NetSuite
• Lead NetSuite projects to enhance bank auto-matching
• Train and mentor accounting staff
• Collaborate with finance, operations, and IT for accurate reporting
• Develop and write financial reports for management
