Fresh Prints, a New York-based, fully remote company, is seeking a Finance Operations Associate to support day-to-day finance operations from the India & the Philippines remote team.

You will own accounts payable, routine billing and AR support, and procurement research, collaborating with internal teams and external providers. The role requires 2–4 years in finance ops and strong attention to detail. Initial training will align with US Eastern Time, followed by UK-aligned hours.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years of hands-on experience in finance operations or accounts payable.
• Experience in small, fast-moving businesses is a plus.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy in invoicing and reconciliations.
• Ability to research products, compare pricing, and manage vendor terms.

Responsabilités

• Manage accounts payable: code, enter invoices, track approvals and deadlines.
• Improve invoice intake via dedicated inbox/portal.
• Support billing & AR: respond to questions, investigate discrepancies, coordinate corrections.
• Monitor receivables: follow up on overdue items and disputes.
• Maintain finance records and coordinate with external bookkeeper.
• Research purchases: identify vendors, compare pricing and terms.
• Identify opportunities to improve finance, AP, and procurement workflows.
