Qualifications

• Fluent English required; role involves handling finance-related calls and raising tickets based on queries.

Responsibilities

• Handle finance-related calls professionally and guide customers accordingly.
• Process daily customer transaction refunds in company and acquirers portals.
• Maintain and update client data including bank account changes and contact details.
• Support AP & AR with day-to-day data entry tasks.
• Respond to client queries via phone and forward to appropriate departments.
• Execute daily financial journal postings in the finance system.
