Job summary

Outsourced Philippines seeks a Junior Accountant (AP/AR) to support day-to-day transactional finance operations for UK and international sales. Working across accounts payable and accounts receivable, you will help manage cash books, reconciliations, and routine month-end tasks under supervision.

The role requires accuracy, strong Excel skills, and the ability to collaborate remotely with a UK-based team in a fast-paced offshore environment.

Qualifications

• Solid transactional accounting experience across AP, AR, cash book & reconciliations.
• Strong attention to detail with high-volume processing.
• Good MS Excel skills; experience using an ERP system.
• Clear written and verbal communication; able to collaborate remotely with UK team.

Responsibilities

• Process supplier invoices in ERP; reconcile statements; route for approval.
• Prepare customer invoices for domestic/international sales; allocate receipts.
• Record bank transactions and perform cash book reconciliations in multiple currencies.
• Assist month-end close, journals, accruals, and balance sheet reconciliations.
• Support VAT data extraction for VAT returns.
