The Finance & Accounting Manager will own day-to-day FP&A for a U.S.-based business, partnering with the Founder & CEO, CFO

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics or related field.
• At least 5 years of FP&A or corporate finance experience.
• Experience supporting U.S.-based companies is required.
• Strong understanding of U.S. GAAP and financial statements.
• Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills.

Responsibilities

• Own monthly close and accounting oversight for the U.S.-based business.
• Prepare monthly management reporting packages and variance analyses.
• Maintain 13-week cash flow forecast and working capital visibility.
• Manage budgeting, forecasts, and scenario analyses with stakeholders.
• Ensure accuracy of inventory, COGS and gross margin reporting.
