Job summary

TOA Global is seeking a detail-oriented accounting professional to join our remote team in the Philippines. You will handle high-volume accounts payable, vendor reconciliations, and banking/payments processes for US clients.

You will also support real estate accounting schedules, month-end close tasks, and executive coordination. A Bachelor’s in accounting or related field and 2+ years of experience are required, with advanced Excel and familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, and

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in accounting, finance, business, or related field.
2+ years of accounting, bookkeeping, or finance operations experience in US public practice or commercial accounting.
Strong Excel skills and familiarity with QuickBooks Online, Sage Intacct, Dutchie POS, and SharePoint.
Solid GAAP understanding and multi-entity accounting knowledge.
Excellent written and verbal English communication and strong organizational skills.

Responsibilities

Assist with high-volume accounts payable activities and vendor statement reconciliations.
Perform weekly merchant reconciliations and daily transaction coding in accounting software.
Support real estate accounting schedules and property documentation.
Manage department inboxes, draft correspondence, and track month-end close progress.
Maintain organized digital records in OneDrive/SharePoint.
