Job summary

Global Finance Teams (GFT) seeks a Senior Accountant to lead end-to-end GL, close processes, and ERP maintenance while serving U.S. clients from a fully remote setup. You will oversee vendor and customer subledgers, payroll accounting, and audits in a dynamic, growth-focused environment.

The role requires 8+ years in accounting, CPA with a Bachelor's in Accounting, and strong US GAAP exposure, with Netsuite and common fintech tools like Bill.com and Ramp essential.

Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
• 8+ years of progressive accounting and controllership experience.
• 2–3 years in Big 4 audit or multinational companies preferred.
• At least 2 years working with U.S. clients (Retail, CBG, insurance, tech).
• Must have Netsuite experience and strong US GAAP exposure.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Bill.com, Ramp and related tech stacks for US startups.
• Excellent communication, problem-solving and time-management skills.
• Ability to work independently with integrity and professionalism.
• US Crypto experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities

• Perform end-to-end General Ledger (GL) accounting, including month-end close and account reconciliations.
• Manage and maintain the company’s ERP system (eg QBO and Netsuite) and related finance tech stack (eg. Bill.com, Ramp) to ensure accurate data flow.
• Oversee vendor and customer subledger balances, supporting AP and AR processes as needed.
• Coordinate payroll-related accounting and ensure accurate recording of payroll expenses.
• Support internal and external audit requirements through proper documentation and schedule preparation.
• Participate in and provide support for software or system implementations and process improvements.
• Prepare financial reports, analyses, and other ad hoc schedules as required by management.

Skills & Qualifications

• CPA with a Bachelor’s degree in Accounting.
