Multiply Mii in the Philippines is seeking a Director of Sales to own the revenue engine and drive fulfillment operations in a fully remote setup. You will build a scalable sales structure, optimize pipeline conversion, and ensure disciplined execution of orders across teams.

You will lead Sales Supervisors, set performance standards, and collaborate with Marketing, Customer Care, Admin and Finance to align activities and maximize revenue while maintaining exceptional customer experience.

• Proven track record of driving team performance and hitting targets.
• Ability to translate company goals into disciplined execution on the sales floor.
• Strong communication skills for negotiation, presentations, and alignment.

• Develop and refine a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with revenue growth.
