Qualifications

• 2–4 years direct STR/hospitality operations experience.

• Strong English communication and proactive ownership.

Responsibilities

• Manage STR/hospitality ops: guest messaging, escalations, cleaners, vendors.
• Provide executive & operations support: calendars, prep, CRM updates, SOPs.
