Job summary

SnappyCX is seeking a reliable DOE Coordinator Assistant to support EVV activities and staffing for a remote role in the US ET timezone. The position starts with training hours Mon-Thu 9:00-17:00, Fri 9:00-12:30, with a 45-minute unpaid break; after training, post-training hours shift to 6:00-15:00.

You will assist with EVV, visit maintenance, MAF follow-ups, and timesheet creation, ensuring timely completion and coverage for last-minute staffing needs.
