Job summary

Emapta Philippines is seeking an experienced Estimator & Admin to support irrigation installation projects for Australian clients. This permanent work-from-home role combines estimating with administration, requiring meticulous data handling and strong Excel/Xero skills.

Qualifications

3–5 years of relevant experience in administration, data entry, estimating, or a related support role.
Strong proficiency in Xero, Microsoft Excel, and other Microsoft Office applications.
Excellent spoken and written English communication skills.
Confidence in communicating directly with Australian clients via email and phone.
Previous estimating experience is an advantage but not required.
Strong attention to detail, accuracy, and data-management skills.
Excellent organizational, time-management, and problem-solving abilities.
Proactive and self-motivated approach to following up on outstanding items independently.
Strong client focus, adaptability, reliability, and accountability.
Ability to work independently while managing primarily email-based communication and occasional phone calls.

Responsibilities

Estimating - 50%: Prepare and complete quotations for irrigation installation projects using Microsoft Excel.
Calculate material and labor costs based on project scopes and specifications.
Build and maintain accurate pricing references for future quotations.
Administration - 50%: Follow up with suppliers regarding pricing, product availability, and orders.
Communicate directly with Australian clients and customers via email and phone.
Provide general administrative support based on business and project requirements.
