Job summary

Three Peaks International is seeking an AU Virtual Quantity Estimator to prepare cost estimates, take-offs, and POs for Australian projects. Remote work from the Philippines, independent contractor engagement. Strong experience in Australian construction estimating and deadlines is required.

Proficiency in Excel and estimating software, plus ability to handle multiple projects and communicate with stakeholders, will help drive accurate quotations and value engineering opportunities.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of experience as a Quantity Estimator for Australian projects.
• Experience interpreting construction drawings and plans.
• Strong knowledge of estimating and cost analysis.

Responsibilities

• Review drawings, specs and tender docs to define project scope.
• Complete accurate quantity take-offs from drawings and schedules.
• Prepare accurate cost estimates and competitive quotations.
• Ensure quotations comply with Australian standards and project requirements.
• Identify risks and opportunities for value engineering.
• Liaise with customers, suppliers and project teams to obtain information.
• Support project handover with complete estimating data.
