About the Role

Fig Advisory is seeking a proactive Electrical Engineer Estimator to join our client support team at our North EDSA, Manila office. In this full‑time role, you will be the operational backbone for a growing HVAC engineering firm, managing job sites, supplier relationships, and payment coordination. This is a relationship‑building role where your organizational skills will drive project success.

Key Responsibilities

• Review and interpret electrical drawings, ground plans, and specifications.
• Prepare detailed and accurate electrical cost estimates and quotations.
• Perform quantity take‑offs and cost breakdowns.
• Use SIMPRO to create, manage, and revise estimates.
• Ensure compliance with Australian electrical standards and project requirements.
• Collaborate with internal teams to clarify scope and pricing details.
• Meet deadlines and maintain accuracy across multiple projects.
