Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking an Estimating Assistant to support the Senior Estimator by preparing accurate quotations for customers in the construction and fit-out industry. The role requires attention to detail, timely delivery, and clear written and verbal English communication.

You will produce live and tender quotations, compile schedules, source products, and respond to customer enquiries within a maximum 12-hour turnaround, while collaborating with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Prepare and send accurate live and tender quotations within required turnaround times.
• Create and maintain schedules using the scheduling system.
• Respond promptly to customer enquiries and requests for information.
• Source products and coordinate sample requests for customers.
• Assist with negotiations to achieve competitive pricing where appropriate.
• Ensure quotations are accurate, complete, and aligned with customer requirements.
• Work closely with the Senior Estimator and internal teams to deliver excellent customer service.
• Maintain accurate records of quotations, schedules, and customer communications.
• Uphold the values of urgency, reliability, quality, and solution-oriented service in all daily activities.
