Job summary

RecruitGo is seeking an Estimator to prepare cost estimates, take-offs, BOQs, and tender submissions for construction and engineering projects in the Philippines. The ideal candidate reviews drawings, prices projects, and drafts bid documents.

Responsibilities include reviewing drawings, preparing BOQs, assisting in tender submissions, obtaining supplier quotes, and maintaining records. Strong English, Excel, and drawing interpretation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of estimating experience.
• Experience preparing tenders, BOQs, and quantity take-offs.
• Strong written and spoken English skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience using Bluebeam and/or PlanSwift.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

Responsibilities

• Review project drawings, specifications, and documents.
• Prepare quantity take-offs and Bills of Quantities (BOQs).
• Assist in pricing and compiling tender submissions.
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and subcontractors.
• Maintain accurate estimating and tender records.
• Identify cost risks and discrepancies in project documents.
• Support the team with estimating and project-related tasks as needed.
