Job summary

Cloudstaff Philippines Inc. is seeking an Assistant Estimator to support the Estimator in preparing quotes for industrial door projects and manage the sales lead pipeline from enquiry to quotation.

You will gather site and tender information, draft cost estimates for review, and keep leads, quotes and correspondence up to date in the CRM. All estimates are reviewed and approved by the Estimator before issuance.

Qualifications

• Experience in a sales admin or quoting support role is preferred.
• Training and mentoring provided by senior Estimator.

Responsibilities

• Lead management and prospecting from enquiry to qualification.
• Prepare preliminary cost estimates from tender documents for review.
• Coordinate quotes and proposals under Estimator's direction.
• Maintain records of estimates, leads, quotes and correspondence.
• Provide weekly reporting on leads, quotes and conversion status.
