Qualifications

• 2+ years of customer service, estimating/quoting, or parts research experience in a BPO or technical field service environment.
• Experience with commercial equipment, HVAC, electrical, or industrial sectors is a strong plus.
• Excellent verbal and written English communication with professional email etiquette.

Responsibilities

• Review technician findings to confirm complete diagnostic notes and a validated work scope before parts are added.
• Research, identify, and cross-reference replacement parts, pricing, and lead times with vendors and manuals.
• Build accurate, customer-ready estimates by aggregating parts, labor hours, shipping, and markups under pricing standards.
• Request missing or unclear information from technicians and vendors with a specific ask and track the quote status.
• Maintain current status and ownership of every open quote, ensuring clear next actions and owners.
• Follow up on revisions and customer responses; prepare and send formal quotes and handoffs to purchasing and scheduling.
