Origo BPO (Phils) Limited, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Specialist, Service and Aftermarket to help grow the Life-Cycle Services business by handling inbound service sales requests and identifying new commercial opportunities across the installed base.

You will monitor inbound service requests, qualify needs, prepare quotes, and coordinate with cross-functional teams to move opportunities toward quotes, orders, renewals, or subscriptions.

Competenze

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience required.
2+ years inside sales or related commercial support experience.
Strong communication skills (9/10).
Proficient in Excel and CRM systems like Salesforce.

Mansioni

Monitor inbound service sales requests and identify upsell opportunities.
Qualify customer needs, confirm basic scope, gather information, and route opportunities to the appropriate sales or service process.
Prepare quotes for spare parts, service visits, recurring maintenance, and subscriptions.
Track opportunities, quotes, and renewals; coordinate with cross-functional teams to move requests forward.
