Job summary

ET-Phone is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our Koreans-focused program. You will conduct online English lessons for Korean students, using Boda app or X-lite, from a home setup in the Philippines. A passion for teaching, near-native English, and reliability are essential.

Qualifications include a Bachelor's in Education and at least 6 months ESL experience. Attractive monthly compensation is offered with incentives and paid training. Interview scheduling is flexible via Teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Education or related field
• Excellent command of the English language
• Near-native English communication (oral and written)
• Minimum 6 months ESL teaching experience
• Passion, enthusiasm and motivation to deliver good results
• Availability during peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT)
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app (video) or X-lite (phone)
• Conduct 10/20/30/40 minute lessons and monitor student progress
• Maintain high responsibility over classes and student outcomes
