Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our team. You will deliver online English lessons to Korean students at peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm PHT) using Boda app or X-lite, from a quiet home office.

Requirements include a Bachelor's degree in an educational field, near-native English, at least 6 months ESL teaching experience, and reliable internet. The full-time role offers PHP 22,000–32,000 per month plus incentives and paid training.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum 6 months ESL teaching experience.
• Positive work attitude and enthusiasm for teaching.

Responsibilities

• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the students.
• Deliver lessons with passion and drive to develop English skills.
