Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand: ET-Phone) is hiring a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to join our growing team. You will deliver 10/20/30/40 minute online lessons to Korean students using Boda app or X-lite and monitor student progress.

We require a Bachelor's degree in an educational field, excellent English, near-native communication, and a positive work attitude. Peak hours (2 PM–11 PM PHT) are preferred for this full-time position, with incentives and WFH setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Availability for peak hours (2 PM–11 PM PHT) or AM tutors preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Tutor should take responsibility over students and classes with passion and drive to develop skills.
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
