Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher to deliver flexible lessons to Korean learners using Boda app or X-lite. This full-time position requires a degree in an educational field, excellent English, and a positive teaching attitude.

Compensation ranges from PHP 22,000 to PHP 32,000 per month, with incentives and paid training. Interviews are online on weekdays; the role emphasizes reliability and a quiet home setup.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's/College Degree holder, EDUCATIONAL FIELD.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm–11 pm PHT) preferred.
• Excellent work ethic and punctuality.

Responsibilities

• Tutors should have a strong responsibility over their students and classes.
• Provide 10/20/30/40 minute online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
