Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) is seeking Home-Based Online ESL Teachers to join our growing team. Teach Korean students via Boda or X-lite, delivering 10/20/30/40 minute sessions from a home setup with a strong focus on progress and engagement.

Requirements include a Bachelor's in Education, excellent English, near-native communication, and reliable internet. This full-time role offers peak hours 2 PM–11 PM PHT, paid training, and WFH benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in an educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Near-native English communication (oral and written).
• Minimum of 6 months ESL teaching experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app (video class) or X-lite (phone call class).
• Monitor and evaluate student progress.
• Tutor should maintain strong responsibility over classes with passion and drive.
