Job summary

Speakto.Inc. (Brand:ET-Phone) invites qualified teachers to join as a Home-Based Online ESL Teacher, delivering live English classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite. This full-time remote position is open to applicants, with peak hours 2 pm–11 pm PHT.

Requirements include a Bachelor’s in an educational field, excellent English, near-native communication, and at least 6 months ESL teaching experience. A reliable computer, stable internet, and a quiet home environment are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s/College Degree holder in educational field.
• Excellent command of the English language.
• Passionate, enthusiastic and motivated to deliver good results.
• Minimum of 6 Months of ESL teaching experience is a plus.
• Near-native English communication skills (oral and written).
• Availability at peak hours (2 pm to 11 pm in PHT) preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide online ESL classes to Korean students via Boda app or X-lite.
• Tutor should have strong responsibility over their students and classes.
• Monitor and evaluate the progress of the student.
