Job summary

HRTx Inc is seeking an ERP Functional Consultant to gather and translate business requirements into ERP solutions within a full-time onsite environment with hybrid potential in Makati. You will configure, implement, and support ERP modules across Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, and NetSuite, collaborating with audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams.

The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 2+ years of ERP experience, strong process analysis, and excellent communication and stakeholder management

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in IT/IS/CS/Business/Accounting or related field.
At least 2 years in ERP functional consulting or similar role supporting enterprise apps.
Experience with ERP platforms such as Dynamics 365, Oracle, SAP, NetSuite, or similar.
Strong knowledge of business process analysis, ERP configuration, system testing, and implementation methodologies.
Excellent analytical, communication, stakeholder management, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

Gather and analyze business requirements from audit, tax, advisory, and corporate teams and translate them into ERP solutions.
Configure, implement, and support ERP modules aligned with business processes and project requirements.
Collaborate with technical teams, project managers, vendors, and stakeholders to design, test, and deploy ERP enhancements and integrations.
Prepare functional specs, process docs, training materials, and user guides; facilitate UAT.
Provide post-implementation support, troubleshoot issues, and drive process improvements for optimal system performance and user adoption.
