Job summary

PM Consulting is seeking an ERP Systems Expert (Supply Chain) to lead senior-level ERP initiatives for a healthcare-focused organization in the Philippines. The role combines functional expertise, technical troubleshooting, and process optimization to improve procurement, inventory, and logistics workflows.

You will drive system optimization, manage complex issue triage, develop tests for upgrades, and train end users across regions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, Supply Chain, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience working with supply chain ERP systems.

Responsibilities

Act as a senior functional and technical SME for supply chain ERP systems, including configuration, data structures, integrations, and workflows.
Drive system optimization by identifying process gaps and recommending improvements across supply chain operations.
Lead triage and resolution of complex ERP issues, including root cause analysis and long-term corrective actions.
Design and enhance reporting tools using ERP datasets.
Deliver advanced training and coaching to end users on ERP functionality.
