SupportYourApp in a global, multilingual environment is seeking a Technical Support Consultant to lead client onboarding, diagnose connectivity issues, and guide IT teams on secure data access.

This remote role requires excellent English (C1), at least 2 years in Technical Support or TAM handling B2B software, and solid cloud/data knowledge; it offers USD compensation and opportunities for cross-border collaboration.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication skills (C1 for speaking and writing).
• At least 2 years in Technical Support, Application Support, or Technical Account Management handling B2B software.
• Strong understanding of how data is stored, secured, and accessed across cloud/on-prem platforms (M365, Google Workspace, AWS, Azure).
• Solid understanding of basic cloud architecture (SaaS/IaaS), network topologies, and enterprise access controls.
• Experience navigating centralized logging platforms to trace data flows and diagnose issues.
• Tech-savvy with AI-driven data security platforms and security compliance frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Act as the main technical lead for client onboarding, data scanning, and environment discovery troubleshooting.
• Diagnose and resolve connectivity issues to ensure secure metadata collection across client data systems.
• Guide client IT teams on directory fixes and access controls to ensure smooth deployments.
• Audit logs and errors to isolate software bugs or misconfigurations.
• Translate findings into actionable guidance for client admins and internal engineering teams.
• Document, package, and elevate unresolved core product issues for rapid resolution.
