Competenze

• Experience running email campaigns including promotional and win-back sends.
• Hands-on with Mailchimp, Klaviyo or Constant Contact.
• Experience creating and managing social media content on Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
• Strong copywriting for email and social media.
• Working knowledge of Canva or similar design tools.
• Understanding of email metrics like open/click rates and list segmentation.
• Self-reliant in a remote setup with strong communication.
• Proficient in coordinating with teams and stakeholders.
