Job summary

Adaptive Teams is seeking a hands-on Klaviyo expert to own email and SMS marketing for an ecommerce consumer products business. You will build campaigns, automate customer journeys, segment audiences, and use data to drive repeat purchases and revenue.

Day-to-day responsibilities include owning strategy and execution in Klaviyo, building automated flows, and testing to optimize deliverability, revenue, and retention across campaigns and promotions.

Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Klaviyo experience in e-commerce or DTC.

Responsibilities

• Own email and SMS marketing strategy and execution in Klaviyo.
• Build, schedule, test, and optimize promotional campaigns.
• Create and improve automated flows (welcome, abandoned cart, browse abandonment, post‑purchase, win‑back, retention).
• Segment audiences by behavior, purchase history, and engagement.
• Manage campaign calendars around promotions and launches.
• Partner with creative/e‑commerce teams on messaging and assets.
• Run A/B tests on subject lines, content, offers, timing, audiences.
• Monitor deliverability and list health.
• Track revenue, conversions, engagement, and retention.
• Use performance data to improve results.
