Responsibilities

• Review project proposals and architectural blueprints.
• Identify and count light fixtures, outlets, wiring, and other electrical components.
• Input data into specialized estimation software (training provided).
• Calculate material quantities and costs for project planning.
• Develop detailed project scopes to assess contract sizes.
• Collaborate with team members to prepare actionable plans for technicians.
• Manage emails, calendars, and scheduling.
• Organize and maintain files and documents (digital and physical).
• Prepare reports, presentations, and other materials.
• Act as a point of contact for internal and external communications.
• Respond to emails, messages, and phone calls promptly.
• Take meeting notes and provide summaries when necessary.
• Track project progress and deadlines.
• Coordinate with team members to ensure timely completion of tasks.
