Job summary

DOXA Talent, Inc. in the Philippines seeks a detail-oriented Project Estimator - Virtual Assistant with 2–3 years in plumbing or construction estimating.

You will analyze plans, perform takeoffs, and prepare competitive bids from home. You will review blueprints and specifications to calculate costs, source materials, and collaborate with clients, project managers, and vendors to ensure accurate bid submissions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 2–3 years of plumbing or construction estimating experience.
• Proficiency in reading blueprints, drawings and specifications; strong analytical and detail-oriented skills.
• Ability to manage multiple bids under tight deadlines and communicate with clients and vendors.
• Experience with estimating software and spreadsheets.

Responsibilities

• Review blueprints, drawings, and specs to perform accurate takeoffs.
• Identify discrepancies or missing information and coordinate with stakeholders.
• Calculate project costs and prepare material, labor, and cost estimates.
• Source materials and obtain pricing from vendors.
• Prepare and submit bids by deadlines and ensure alignment with client specs.
• Maintain organized records of estimates, pricing, and bid submissions.
