Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an experienced EDI Specialist to manage daily EDI operations, monitor transactions, troubleshoot errors, and coordinate with trading partners. The role requires setup support for EDI processes and collaboration with SPS Commerce and ERP systems to resolve integration issues.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems or related field preferred.
• At least 2 years of experience in EDI support or related functions; 3–5 years preferred.
• Hands-on experience with EDI transaction sets (850, 855, 856, 810).
• Experience using SPS Commerce and ERP systems in an operational context.
• Strong troubleshooting and documentation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and manage daily EDI transactions to ensure uninterrupted operations.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI errors, failures, and transaction issues promptly.
• Collaborate with trading partners to maintain accurate electronic data exchange.
• Assist in setup, configuration, and ongoing support of EDI processes and workflows.
• Work with SPS Commerce, EDI platforms, and ERP systems to resolve integration issues.
• Create, update, and maintain technical documentation for EDI processes.
• Provide additional EDI and operational support as needed.
