Job summary

iSupport Worldwide is seeking an EDI Specialist to handle daily EDI transactions and troubleshoot errors, coordinating with trading partners to keep data flowing smoothly. You will work closely with SPS Commerce and ERP systems to resolve issues and improve processes.

The role requires 3–5 years of hands-on EDI experience, familiarity with SPS Commerce, and strong communication with both trading partners and internal teams. US time zone hours are expected.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EDI or related roles.
• Hands-on EDI experience with 850s, 855s, 856s, 810s is a plus.
• Familiarity with SPS Commerce and ERP systems.
• Strong communication with trading partners and internal teams.

Responsibilities

• Handle daily EDI transaction tasks and keep things moving.
• Spot and troubleshoot EDI errors/failures as they come up.
• Work directly with trading partners to keep data flowing smoothly.
• Help with basic setup and configuration of EDI processes.
• Team up with SPS Commerce support, our EDI application, and ERP system to resolve EDI issues.
• Contribute to documentation and keep internal teams informed.
• Take on additional support tasks as needed.
