Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Inc. (ISO Certified) seeks a skilled EDI Specialist to join our remote Philippines team, focusing on EDI operations in apparel and 3PL environments, interfacing with clients to ensure data flow.

The ideal candidate has 3–5 years of EDI experience, proficiency with ERP 2000, strong English communication, and a customer-focused approach. This homebased role runs Monday to Friday, 10pm–7am PH time.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in EDI operations, with knowledge in apparel and 3PL preferred.
• Proficiency in EDI transactions and ERP system 2000.
• Excellent English language skills with clear written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Oversee and maintain EDI transactions, onboarding new trading partners and troubleshooting issues.
• Serve as liaison between clients and internal teams to resolve EDI-related inquiries.
• Utilize ERP system 2000 to manage product data, orders, and inventory under established processes.
• Apply apparel industry knowledge to support supply chain needs.
