Job summary

Outsourced Quality Assured Services Pty is seeking an EDI Specialist to maintain seamless data integrations and EDI transactions in a homebased, night shift role. You will support apparel industry clients and 3PL partners while interfacing with internal teams and external customers.

Responsibilities include managing EDI partners, using ERP 2000 for order and inventory data, and ensuring compliant documentation.

Qualifications

Minimum 3–5 years of experience in EDI operations, preferably in apparel and 3PL.
Proficiency with EDI transactions and ERP system 2000.
Excellent English communication, both written and verbal.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to troubleshoot EDI issues and provide effective solutions.

Responsibilities

EDI Management: oversee and onboard EDI trading partners and ensure timely, accurate data exchanges.
Client & Team Communication: liaise between clients and internal teams for smooth EDI workflows.
ERP System Management: use ERP 2000 to manage product data, orders, and inventory within standard processes.
Industry Knowledge: apply apparel industry experience to product lifecycles and supply chain needs.
3PL Coordination: work with 3PL partners to align warehousing and distribution with EDI.
Documentation & Compliance: maintain records of EDI transactions and partner agreements.
