We are looking for an experienced EDI Specialist to support and manage daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) operations, ensuring seamless data exchange between trading partners, EDI platforms, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems. The role is responsible for monitoring EDI transactions, troubleshooting EDI errors and failures, coordinating with trading partners, supporting EDI setup and configuration, and collaborating with SPS Commerce and Enterprise Resource Planning systems to resolve integration issues. The ideal candidate will maintain accurate documentation, provide operational support, and help ensure efficient electronic business transactions across multiple systems while working in a fast-paced environment.
You will provide the best service to our partner brands by performing these tasks:
Monitor and manage daily Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) transactions to ensure uninterrupted business operations.
Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve EDI errors, failures, and transaction issues in a timely manner.
Collaborate with trading partners to maintain accurate and efficient electronic data exchange.
Assist in the setup, configuration, and ongoing support of EDI processes and workflows.
Work closely with SPS Commerce, EDI platforms, and Enterprise Resource Planning systems to investigate and resolve integration-related issues.
Create, update, and maintain technical documentation and communicate EDI-related updates to internal stakeholders.
Provide additional EDI and operational support as required.
Who are we looking for?
Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Information Systems, or a related field is preferred.
At least 2 years of experience in Electronic Data Interchange (EDI) support, administration, or related functions; 3 to 5 years of experience is highly preferred.
Hands-on experience working with EDI transaction sets, including 850 Purchase Orders, 855 Purchase Order Acknowledgments, 856 Advance Ship Notices, and 810 Invoices.
Experience using EDI platforms, preferably SPS Commerce, and working with Enterprise Resource Planning systems.
Proven ability to troubleshoot and resolve EDI transaction and integration issues.
Strong verbal and written communication skills with experience coordinating with trading partners and internal stakeholders.
Excellent documentation skills with strong attention to detail and organizational abilities.
Ability to work US Working Hours / Night Shift schedule.
