Job summary

DCX PH Inc. in the Philippines is seeking a Home-Based E-Commerce Associate to support day-to-day client online business operations.

You will build and maintain web stores, update pricing, product data, and graphics, and collaborate with external partners to ensure smooth commerce flows. The role requires strong English communication, 2+ years in customer service or order management, and comfort with remote, US-time shifts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, and Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years in a customer service or order management role.
• Strong verbal and written English communication skills.
• Willingness to work overnight/graveyard shifts in Philippine time or US hours.
• Proficient in Microsoft and Google applications; basic exposure to Adobe tools is ideal.
• Prior store-building or e-commerce platform experience (Shopify or similar) is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain web stores with functionality to meet client needs.
• Update pricing, product data, and graphics; manage invoices and customer communications.
• Oversee and update existing e-commerce sites via online ticketing system.
• Review landing pages, product details, checkout processes for accuracy and usability.
• Coordinate integration and testing of templates/products with partners.
• Manage project timelines for e-commerce builds and site maintenance SLAs.
• Coordinate order production and supplier communications via e-commerce platform.
• Provide admin and project support for various e-commerce projects.
• Handle ad hoc tasks related to the above responsibilities.
