Cloudstaff is hiring an eCommerce Assistant for a remote, work-from-home role in the Philippines. You will monitor order notifications, coordinate with vendors, and process payments securely using Airwallex, while maintaining data accuracy and SOP compliance.

The role also supports CRM data entry, vendor onboarding, and general admin tasks across multiple business units, with adaptability for shifting schedules and potential EMEA/AMER coverage.

Qualifications

• Highly detail-oriented and precise with data, addresses, and payments.
• Process-driven, follows SOPs and structured workflows.
• Reliable and organized; able to manage tasks independently.
• Strong written English for WhatsApp and email communication.
• Adaptable, able to support different business areas as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order Dispatch: monitor shared inbox for New Order, identify vendors in location via CRM, contact vendors via WhatsApp with templates, generate single-use virtual cards via Airwallex, share payment and delivery info, ensure SOP-compliant processing.
• Operations & Admin Support: CRM data entry and database management, vendor onboarding, general admin across units, assist with ad hoc tasks.
