Job summary

Lyfe Hardware is a fast-growing US-based ecommerce brand seeking a senior operations leader. You will own end-to-end execution across ecommerce, marketing, catalogue, and product teams, working directly with founders to turn strategy into reality.

You’ll build simple systems, drive cross-functional alignment, and push automation with a focus on speed and accountability in a fully remote setup. EST overlap is required.

Qualifications

• 8–12 years working in ecommerce or digital businesses (agency, brand, or marketplace).
• Direct experience managing ecommerce operations on Shopify, Amazon, Wayfair or Walmart.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing fundamentals and campaign execution.
• Startup or high-growth experience with multiple hats and rapid problem solving.
• Hands-on experience with project management tools (Asana strongly preferred).
• Track record of building systems, SOPs, and processes from scratch.
• Proven leadership of people with real authority, not just coordination.
• Excellent English communication; remote team management across time zones.

Responsibilities

• Lead cross-functional projects from idea to launch across ecommerce channels, marketing campaigns, product launches, and catalogue management.
• Define what needs to happen, by when, and by whom, ensuring it actually happens.
• Break down founder vision into executable roadmaps with milestones and accountability.
• Unblock teams in real-time and keep initiatives moving fast.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, creative workflows, and launch timing with the marketing team.
• Create simple project frameworks and SOPs that teams actually use.
• Set up tracking systems to give founders visibility without excessive reporting.
• Implement automation to reduce repetitive work and improve efficiency.
