Job summary

Love Sew is seeking an E-commerce Operations Coordinator to oversee the day-to-day operations of our ecommerce brands. This fully remote role requires strong problem-solving, inventory management, supplier coordination, and meticulous attention to detail.

You will manage inventory, invoices, and launches, ensuring timely orders and accurate data while communicating clearly in English in a globally oriented ecommerce setting.

Qualifications

• Excellent English communication (written and spoken)
• Very strong attention to detail
• Strong numerical ability and comfort with spreadsheets
• Excellent logical reasoning and problem-solving
• Highly organized with ability to manage multiple priorities
• Independent problem-solving and decision-making under uncertainty
• Experience working with suppliers, warehouses, and external partners
• Able to work remotely and align with Philippine hours
• Experience in ecommerce operations and inventory management

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory levels and determine reorder quantities
• Allocate inventory between multiple warehouses
• Coordinate with suppliers on production, stock, shipping, and issues
• Review invoices, freight costs, and supplier statements for discrepancies
• Track inbound shipments and follow up on delays
• Support product launches and ensure operational tasks are completed on time
• Coordinate influencers and content creators for shipments and follow-ups
• Maintain and update spreadsheets and operational trackers
• Identify operational risks and implement process improvements
• Handle miscellaneous ecommerce operations tasks as they arise
