Job summary

Penbrothers is seeking a Senior Supply Chain & Operations Manager to lead end-to-end supply chain activities for a fast-growing e-commerce client. The role is remote and requires a blend of strategic thinking and tactical execution.

You will manage supplier relations, oversee logistics, and direct New Product Development (NPD) cycles. Candidates should have over 5 years in supply chain, preferably in a consumer goods context. Strong leadership and negotiation skills are essential.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in end-to-end supply chain processes, focused on fast-paced sourcing.
• Proven experience in e-commerce/DTC consumer goods sectors.
• Deep experience with third-party logistics providers in China and the USA.

Responsibilities

• Own the entire end-to-end supply chain lifecycle.
• Manage New Product Development (NPD) cycles from concept to launch.
• Oversee outbound logistics and workflows.
